Hailey's Halloween Party

Today was Hailey's school party...she had so much fun! Her classroom was the spooky preschool. They watched movies, made crafts, decorated cookies and had face paiting. She really LOVES school...it makes me so happy that she enjoys all of her days there! And her teacher Miss Jessica just LOVES her.....but then who dosen't?

Our Newest Family Member

Thats right WE DID IT!! we fianlly got a dog! Her name is Jackie!! She is a jack russell terrier and is 8 weeks old. The girls are in major love with her. We took her on her 1st walk today to see Brandon, Lindsey,and the kids. We were not planning on getting a dog it just kinda happened...we went over to my sisters for Ricks b-day and we saw that their neighbor had these jack russells for sale...well Roxy wanted to go see them so her, my dad and the girls went over and then my phone rings and Rox is tell me to come over. As soon as I got there she and Ellie had Reed on the phone asking if he we could get one...and he said yes!! I was VERY suprised! So now as we speek Jackie is asleep on Reeds chestr while he is reading his book!! VERY CUTE!!

Witches Day Out

So...... we decited to try Garder Village again (since last time it rained on us the entre time). We went to "Wee Witches Weekend" it was pretty fun! As you can see the kids dressed up and they got to do fun activities...they had a good time!!Gracie, Hailey, Ellie, & Bryson

Ellie Update

Two weeks ago Ellie started her Gun Hunters Safety classes...she is doing very well and she really likes it! She goes every Mon. and wed. from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm, which I'm not too thrilled about since they are BOTH school nights, but she only has 2 classes to go so I guess it's ok. This sat. she does her shooting test which I'm nervous about...she will be shooting a 22 rifle. Reed has been taking her shooting to practice but it still makes me nervous. Then next saturday, oct.25, she will be taking her witten test, after that she will get her blue card and then be ready for hunting next season!! Ellie is Very excited to go hunting wit her dad next year! Hailey has gone a couple of times with them if I havent gotten home from work in time and she LOVES it! She will come home and tell me they "watched a deer and gun movie" and that "when she gets big like her sis she is going to deer hunt too". Reed is VERY proud of Ellie and can't wait to get her on the mountain with him!!

Reed's Deer

So here it is...Reed's deer...and he mounted it himself!! He has been working par time for a taxidermist and he LOVES IT!! He is learning all kinds of stuff. I think he did a really good job for his 1st European mount!! The girls think it's way cool and my Goodrich nephews were ALL OVER IT!! So I had to give in....it's in my house!! but it really dosent look too bad.

SNOW!!!???

For those who live out of town...we had SNOW on Sat. 10/11/08......the girls were VERY excited. It actually was really pretty watching it fall, but ALREADY!!!???

Carving Pumpkins

Last night we carved our pumpkins!! Hailey wasent too thrilled about gutting them she thought it was pretty gross....so of coarse I had to do it!! Reed did most of the carving bt Ellie did her 2 pumpkins and she did an AWESOME job!! I just LOVE Halloween!!

So when we got our pumpkins from the patch Ellie found this HUGE pumpkin...she was on a mission...Reed had to carry it back for her...it problly weighs 30 lbs!!! She is VERY proud of herself...as am I!!Little miss Hailey is VERY proud of her pumpkins...she found them all by herself!! She LOVED being out therewith ALL of those pumpkins!! Good Job Hailey Bug!!
