CRazY WEeK!!

This week was CRAZY week at Hailey's school. Monday was crazy sock day..tues. was crazy shoe day..wed. was crazy hair day (Hailey wasn't there those 2 days due to her teeth) and thurs. was crazy clothes day. Hailey's best friend is Ashtyn, the girl standing next to her against the wall with her undies on the outside of her shorts!! When I saw that I laughed so hard I cried...I LOVE IT....her mom (my good friend) is sooo funny!

Hailey's teacher does so many fun things with the kids, she just loves going to school!

A visit with Dr. Boyden

On Tuesday April 21 Hailey had to get some work done on her teeth and I mean WORK!! The poor little thing just doesn't have good teeth....she ended up having 5 cavities filled and 3 pulpautomy's (which are root canals for little people). We had to put her to sleep thru the procedure so 1 hr prior to her appt she took a Valium which made her really sleepy, then when we got to the office the anesthesia was given to her in a shot...she did not like that...then off to la la land she went, it broke my heart seeing her all lifeless like that. Anyway the procedure went well but she didn't wake up till 8pm, her appt was at 3pm. Yesterday she was still a little sore but not too bad. She was so brave, I'm so proud of her!

SUPRISE!!!!

Yesterday I received a text message from my friend Jessica asking if I was going to be home so she could come by and visit with the new baby, felt really bad because I had so much t do that I could not see her..I told her we should plan on getting together next Friday...sh then text ed back asking if sat would work, I wrote back that sat. would be good and we could go to lunch.

So today I was meeting her at Chili's, when I got there she was not so I was waiting for her in the lobby, I see her coming in through the doors and with her was Jenn....for those who don't know, Jenn is one of my really good friends that moved to Florida last year and she is also Jessica's sister in law...anyway when I saw her I yelled "OH MY GOSH" and everyone in the restaurant looked but I didn't care I was so happy to see her. She decided to fly into Salt Lake City to see her beautiful new nephew who was born on March 31st, he i the CUTEST little baby with TONS on hair...I LOVE IT! After lunch we met up with our other good friends Lindsey and Amanda and all went to the "What A Woman Wants Expo", we had a really good time. It was so nice to have a day with just the girls!! To end Jenn's surprise visit we all (husbands and kids) got together for a BBQ at Brandon and Lindsey's for lunch. It was so good to see Jenn (even though her and her wonderful family were just here last month visiting), I really do miss her living here!

Kindergarten Orientation

Yesterday was Hailey's kindergarten orientation. I can' t believe it..KINDERGARTEN!! She is growing up so fast!

McDeca Night

My little brother Matthew is in Deca at Cyprus High School, him and his deca partner won the state championship this year and now they are headed off to NATIONALS in California..way too go guys! Well now Matt works at the McDonalds in Magna and last night they had a fund raiser for him, 10% of all sales from 5pm - 8pm went to Matthew for his trip, of coarse we went to support him and when I got there @ 6:30 it wasa so crowded!! I guess Matt put flyers on all the cars at school yesterday morning and it worked!! The manager of the McD's said in the 5:00 hour alone he already doubled the production of a regular week night!! WAY COOL!!! Im so proud of you my baby brother, good luck in California I know you will do well!

Chllin With Our Friends

After dinner last night we went over to our friends house. Everyone played cards except for a few of us..and I just need to say to Brandon, good game..I didn't know ya had it in you! :)

EXCUSE ME...He Ordered The GINORMOUS!!

Last night Reed, Hailey & myself went to this restaurant called VIRG'S in Taylorsvile (of coarse Ellie was at a sleepover at Makaylas house...I swear it's like we only have 1 kid these days) anyway Reed decided he was having the cheeseburger (1/2 lb) the waiter asked him if he wanted to "upgrade" to the ginormous (1 lb) for only $2 (it was more of a challenge)...Reed "sure why not", then we ordered a kids meal corn dog & fries for Hailey. Well our food came & OMG...well you can see for your selves in the pictures...OK Reeds hamburger was BIG but we kind of expected that, but LOOK AT THAT CORN DOG!!! Are you kidding me?? That's the kids meal?? Needless to say she didn't eat the whole thing, but her daddy ate ALL of his & he was a little sick after!! hen the kid came to ask how everything was Reed said "good but I thought I ordered the ginormous burger...that kid started laughing at him.

Our Babies

I just thought I would blog about my puppies....it's been a while.

Corona is the biggest but the sweetest and most loving! She hardly EVER gives us any problems Hailey just ADORES her...she's always laying on her or loving her, we know Corona loves her ..she always has a smile on her face when Hailey is giving her loves, she also LOVES to sleep in Hailey's bed!

Jackie is the smallest but the biggest PITA (pain in the ass) but we love her soooo much...she is the baby in our family. She is getting so tall I forget that she is still a puppy (8 month old). When I'm walking down the hall she is jumping up behind me biting my BUTT, the little brat! Ellie LOVES to tease her...wrapping her up in blankets..dressing her up in Hailey's clothes...etc.

Our puppies LOVE each other...they are ALWAYS playing together...running up & down my stairs over the couches & into the kitchen or they chase each other around the backyard!
