We had a pretty bad rain storm on wednesday and all of the storm drains flooded in the neighborhood so all the water ran into the field and flooded it, there is about 3 ft of water in it.

People were actually swimming in it...GROSS!!

Happy Birthday

Well Ellie just had her 12th birthday on the 19th!! Can you believe it, 12 years old! We went to raging waters on sat. for sysco day and did really cute cupcakes after lunch since everyone was there! Jessica made the cup cakes (again) for me and she did an awesome job. But for Ellie's famity party I made her b-day cake (1st time I ever got creative) and it turned out pretty good, I think!! So ellie got a nintendo wii and, she was very excited and suprised!! she also got LOTS of money and clothes. She had a really good birthday!!

Nana, Gracie & Hailey @ Shannons house for her b-day.

Nana has been staying with us @ our house for a little while now & the girls are LOVING it!! She has been here since the end of June & will be here in SLC till the 1st week of August. This has been a really FUN visit!! We will miss her when she goes back home to New Mexico.

Me, Bobbie, Andrea, Rachel, Melissa, Karlee, Allison, Jeanie & my sis all went to the Journey & Heart concert on fri..(along with a bunch of other friends). What an awesom concert. I would have to say it was better than Tim McGraw. We had so much fun singing & dancing, what a blast!! The new lead singer of Journey sounds just like Steve Parry, he is amazing, and Heart OMG so good. Cheap Trick opened, they were good but I only know a few of their songs. Also Of all places to run into somebody..I saw my best friend form high school...Margo, I was so excited to see her! (If you want to see more concert pics go to my My Space page)

After all was done and everyone was gone, Hailey wanted to sit on the porch and watch the neighbors do their fireworks so we had a late night but a fun one!!

After the parade we had a BBQ at our house with my dad, Roxy, Nana, and Bryson. Then when it got dark it was time for the fireworks and Brandon, Lindsey, and the kids came over to watch them. We did them over by the park so we could also watch the fireworks thru out the valley...Good times!

As we do every year, we started our 4th of July at the Magna parade with Grammy...this year there wasent many of us, just me Bryson theh girls and grammy...but we had a really good time and the kids got ALOT of candy and popsicles! They also got squirted by the fire truck hose, way cool!!
